Supplement to Travel Trade

Travel Planners International has introduced a new service for their affiliates to assist in the development and growth of their business. The Business Development Team is supported by the Marketing Department, which offers many products and services designed to accentuate the independent contractor’s business.
The Business Development Team will assist with creating a marketing plan, which is a crucial and essential part of setting up any business! This allows the agent to set and implement goals in order to become successful in the travel industry. This is a one-on-one “meeting of the minds” session, allowing the agent to ask questions, share concerns, and overcome hesitation of advancing their business to the next level. Whether an agent is just starting their business or has been a travel industry veteran for quite some time, our Business Development team can help!
The Business Development Team will use the tools, training, and services that our Marketing Team has developed for all of our affiliates. The TPI Marketing Department has co-op funds for specific supplier advertising, and can create and print promotional cruise and tour flyers with the agent’s personal contact information on each flyer.
TPI also has a direct mail marketing program in place for all TPI affiliates to take advantage of, promoting two different suppliers each month. This unique mass mailing program is at a very minimal additional cost that can be easily recovered with just one booking.
The Marketing Team sets up numerous training opportunities for all TPI affiliates to advance their knowledge of suppliers, niche marketing, the TPI consumer website, the TPI-AgentRC platform, and more! Travel Planners International offers many Seminars-at-Sea, FAM trips, and escorted ship inspections throughout the year for our affiliates to take advantage of. The Business Development Team will advise which training opportunities would be best suited for the agent that is conducive to their business model.
The Business Development Team will develop a customized plan specifically designed with the individual agent in mind, which will incorporate any and/or all of the products, tools, training, and services that the TPI Marketing Department has to offer.
