Any successful agent knows how to utilize and build strong client relationships. That is the same foundation on which the Associate Program at Just Cruises & Vacations was developed.
“We recognize that each agent is different. These differences can range from their current client base, to their potential customer network, experience level and selling style,” points out Matt Cervone, owner of Just Cruises & Vacations. “Our first priority is to work individually with each Associate Agent to help them distinguish their unique strengths within the industry. Then we can help each agent customize their goals and career direction,” adds Cervone.

Built on Trust
To help reinforce this concept, Cervone has also positioned the program with an effective communication and administration support team to assist the Cruise & Vacations network of agents. “Our goal is to strengthen the agent to client relationship. I believe that in today’s world, agents should be viewed by their clients with the same respect as that of a financial planner or insurance agent. Developing an ongoing relationship of trust is key, which in turn creates loyalty. It takes a plan and a focused effort on behalf of the agent. We can assist in making this all transpire,” adds Cervone.

 

Surrounded by Success
Marilyn Deliso, an Associate and Top Producer with Just Cruises & Vacations for five years, says, “They understand that each Home Based agent has similar yet different needs, so they treat us as individuals, not as just another agent.”
A 2004 IRIS Award recipient, Maureen Sturza, has been an associate with Just Cruises & Vacations for more than three years and states, “They have provided me with extensive support and training, allowing me to focus on what I do best, selling. Matt Cervone started Just Cruises & Vacations more than 20 years ago and he has been very active in the industry, serving in several positions on travel industry advisory boards.
